In the wake of the ICT2010 event, EULARINET, together with PRO-IDEAL, PRO-IDEAL PLUS, FIRST and FORESTA organise a "Project Café" at their common event "EU-LAC ICT Gateway" on Thursday, 30 September, in the premises of the Goethe-Institute Brussels, bringing together potential project partners from the EU and Latin America.
This full day event is preceded on 29 September by a "Future Perspective" session at 4.30 p.m. and a cocktail at 7.p.m. Participation is free but registration is obligatory.

The EU-LAC ICT Gateway stand in the "International Village" (Zone D of the exhibition area.) is a group stand that provides a wealth of information on research excellence in Latin America, and how to bring together EU and LAC researchers.

"Connecting the Worlds: the Internet of Things International": Based on the CASAGRAS 2 project, this networking session will explore the potential of linking real and virtual worlds in a global efforts. Representatives from Japan and Brazil will give the most recent reports from their region, and the audience is invited to ask questions with regard to crucial questions like privacy and security.

partners) are asked about the functioning and achievements of FP7. This
input will be used to draft the Interim Evaluation of the Seventh
Framework Programme. Deadline for submission of opinions is 27th August 2010.
